Per Linnemann-Schmidt for Palshus Stentoj ceramic table lamps, circa 1960s

These hand-thrown ceramic lamps by Danish artist Per Linnemann-Schmidt for Palshus Stentoj feature bases with an interesting blue-gray matte haresfur glaze. Signed "Palshus Stentoj, PLS--SL4, made in Denmark" on the underside of each lamp. SL4 is the model number, and PLS stands for Per Linnemann-Schmidt. Denmark, circa 1960s. Overall 24" h x 12" in diameter; base 12-3/4" h x 5-1/2" in diameter; shades 9" h x 12" in diameter at the base, 11" in diameter at the top. Excellent condition; very small maker flaw in the glaze near the front bottom of one lamp, that can be seen in the fourth and sixth photos; New wiring; new polished-nickel three-way sockets, harps and finials; new white-linen shades.
